Based in the Washington DC Metro area, Stephanie currently leads Booz Allen Hamilton’s
Global Mobility and Immigration Program under the firm’s International Operations and
Expansion Organization. She is responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise
program solutions for Talent Mobility in the Middle East, Europe and APAC as the firm
scales their international footprint and consulting portfolio.

Her previous roles include leading Global Mobility and Immigration for 8 years at
Salesforce, where she developed and scaled the program from the ground up during the
company’s exponential growth to support talent acquisition and development. She has also
held roles at Mercer (formerly ORC) in their Expatriate Compensation Practice in New York
and San Francisco where she advised a variety of clients in Global Mobility Best Practices
for the Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Defense and the High Tech.

Stephanie is a frequent panelist for Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) and has been
quoted in various Mobility industry publications. She holds a BA in Political Science from
Lynchburg College.
