Victoria Turk is Vice President of Human Resources at Sony Music Entertainment, where she oversees the HR People strategy for the Company’s Global Digital Business. 

Prior to her HR career, Victoria gained firsthand understanding of the talent management opportunities and challenges that business managers and employees face on a day to day basis as a manager in Bloomberg’s Analytics Department.

Victoria translated her experience into a strong HR business partnership for both Bloomberg’s CTO and the Engineering Software Infrastructure department. She spent 9 years at Bloomberg before leaving to become the Head of Human Resources for North America at SimCorp, a FinTech company.

At Simcorp, Victoria led the US and Canada people strategy with a focus on leadership development and employee engagement, where her impact had a transformative effect. She was also pivotal in achieving Simcorp’s Global HR transformation. 

Victoria’s diverse career experiences give her a unique operational skillset, which she leverages to be a catalyst for high-performing teams and highly engaged corporate cultures.
